Terms

These terms cover video production work delivered by ScrollNative, a service of Andrén Music & Marketing AB.

The work

We produce short product videos to the spec agreed for your order — typically a finished 9:16 video plus one variant, delivered within 48 hours of receiving your product assets and a confirmed brief. Turnaround starts once we have everything we need from you.

Revisions

Each video includes one round of minor revisions. Larger changes of direction are quoted separately.

Pricing & payment

Prices are as listed on the site at time of order. Work is invoiced via Andrén Music & Marketing AB. Swedish customers are charged +25% VAT (moms); EU B2B is reverse-charge; US/UK is flat. Pay by card.

Ownership & usage

On full payment, you own the right to use the delivered videos in your own paid and organic marketing. We may show the finished work in our own portfolio unless you ask us not to.
